1. Stay On Topic: Keep discussions focused on trading, investment strategies, equity research, and usage of our financial platform. Off-topic conversations should be taken to private channels or other platforms.
2. No Political Discussions: Avoid political opinions or debates, as they can be divisive. If discussing news that impacts markets, maintain a neutral, market-focused perspective.
3. Respect and Inclusivity: No bullying, sexism, racism, homophobia, or any form of hate speech. Treat all users with respect and kindness.
4. Follow Moderator Guidance: Listen to and comply with instructions from our team of moderators, who are here to ensure a productive environment.
5. No Promotions: Do not share promotional content, including links to external platforms, services, Discords, YouTube, social media, or personal ventures.
6. Avoid Spam and Excessive Caps: Refrain from spamming messages or using all-caps, which can disrupt the chat. All-caps are reserved for moderators posting critical updates or alerts.
7. Keep Disputes Private: Avoid arguing in the chat, especially with moderators. If a disagreement arises, take it to private messages or request contact details to continue the discussion offline.
8. No Sharing of Sensitive Information: Do not share personal financial details, account credentials, or other sensitive information in the chat. Protect your privacy and security.
9. Prohibition of Market Manipulation: Do not spread false or misleading information about stocks or engage in activities that could manipulate market prices (e.g., pump-and-dump schemes).
10. No Impersonation: Do not impersonate registered investment professionals, firms, or other users. Fraudulent impersonation is illegal.
11. Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest: If discussing specific stocks or investments, disclose any personal financial interest (e.g., ownership or positions in the stock) to maintain transparency.
12. Reporting Suspicious Activity: Users must report any suspected fraudulent activity, such as unsolicited investment pitches or potential scams, to moderators immediately.
13. Compliance with Privacy Laws: Do not share or request personal data (e.g., addresses, financial account details) in the chat.

Anyone not complying with these rules can be banned from participating to the chat and/or the platform.
